Alle Ventilsitze strömungsoptimiert nach Super Finish Fräsen durch unsere Newen CNC Ventilsitzbearbeitungsmaschine(4x Einlaß, 4x Auslaß),
danach Kanäle unterhalb der Ventilsitze durch Handfräsen angleichen,
Ventilsitzhöhen anpassen und konische Einlaß Ventilführungen.
Diese Bearbeitung empfehlen wir als Ergänzung zu neuen Zylinderköpfen (bei kompletten Tuning Varianten schon inklusive!)

Cylinder Heads Type 4 B.A.S. S-Version CU 1,8-2,0 41/34mm valves VW T2b baywindow T3 vanagon, set for one engine (2 heads), including valves new parts. New heads which get german valve seats and valve guids from us, including cnc machining valve seats with our newen bb contour. Our S-Version heads can use for serial engines and modified engines (also flat pistons and sport cams!).
Wir fräsen die Übergänge vom Ventilsitz weit in den Guss des Zylinderkopf hinein. Eine weitere Kanalbearbeitung kann optional (siehe Beispielbilder oder Tuning Stufe 1 bzw. 2) ausgeführt werden.
