Neue, überarbeitete B.A.S. 260mm Typ 1 Motor Version, kein Vergleich zu der alten Ausführung.

Anders als bei anderen Nachbauprodukten wird unser System geprüft geliefert, dies beudeutet:
- Porsche Style Lüfter inkl. HD Drehstrom Lichtmaschine 75 Ampere
- Lichtmaschinenauflage mit Ölfüller und Edelstahlspannband
- Gebläsehaube schwarz inkl. vorgefertigter Ausschnitte
Sehr kompakte Bauweise, viel Platz zum einstellen von Vergaser und Gasgestänge.

Leichtes Zündkerzenwechseln, weniger Leistungsverlust als zuvor, bessere Kühlung, weil das Gebläse für höhere Leistungen konstruiert ist.
260mm Version mit schwarzer Haube.
- Minimale Nacharbeit auch beim Alu Gehäuse
- maximale Abdichtung für ordentliche Kühlleistung
- Ausschnitt jetzt immer für Kerzen und unsere Saugrohre
- Haube und Abschlussblech sind besser mit otionalen Heizschläuchen zu montieren
Das neue Lüfterrad hat eine andere Flügelstellung, so das auch bei niedrigen
Drehzahlen ausreichende Kühlleistung gewährleistet wird.
Die Lichtmaschine ist ab jetzt immer eine Drehstromversion wird verstäkter Leistung ca. 75 Ampere.
Der Außenring kann nicht mehr anlaufen (Legierung ALSi10Mg), der Abstand vom Lüfterrad zum Ring
ist minimal.
Versuchsaufbau:
Bei einem 2,1 Liter Motor mit 10,2:1 gab es einen Unterschied von 15 Grad
(im Thermostat von uns gemessen) und am Zusatzölsumpf 10 Grad.
Die 260mm Version paßt auch bei den Bussen!
Haube und Auflage lassen die Höhe geringer ausfallen.
Folgende Teile werden auf Kundenwunsch nicht mehr mitgeliefert und sind optional erhältllich:
- Abschlussblech (Kunststoff)
- Riemenscheibenblech (Kunststoff)
- Riemenscheibe
- Keilriemen
Haube und Abschlussblech sind für 400 Euro Aufpreis auch in Carbon erhältlich!!!
