Description
Cylinder heads dual port VW Beetle 044 for 90,5/92mm pistons, new HD Empi GTV2 version, intake valves 40mm/exhaust valves 35mm, longer spark plug (for M12 sparks), set for one engine (2 heads), including valves, HD springs and supplies, new parts.
The new 044 version has enough material on the manifold and exhaust sites, heads will get much air flow like the pictures.

Alle Ventilsitze strömungsoptimiert nach Super Finish Fräsen durch unsere Newen CNC Ventilsitzbearbeitungsmaschine(4x Einlaß, 4x Auslaß), Ringspalt vergrößern,
danach Kanäle unterhalb der Ventilsitze durch Handfräsen angleichen,
Ventilsitzhöhen anpassen und konische Einlaß Ventilführungen.
Diese Bearbeitung empfehlen wir als Ergänzung zu neuen Zylinderköpfen (bei kompletten Tuning Varianten schon inklusive!)
