Engine rebuild set vw type 1 incl. machining your parts or exchange parts (or exchange), machning for 90,5/92 oder 94mm pistons, so you can get 1775cc, 1835cc or 1915cc with 69mm serial stroke.
This set is perfekt for bigger performant single carburetors or bigger double carburetor IDF 40 or 44 engines.

Machining your case or exchange (if possible) AS21/AS41
-CNC machining for two shuffle pins at the middle main bearing
-machining for oilbackflow pulley side
-machining for m10x1 thread for add. oil temperature sensore

Crankshaft:
-forged VW 69mm stroke in exchange
-machined for 8 pins with the flywhell
Flywheel:
-grind your flywheel, add. machinings for add. costs possibe if needed or wanted (new flywheel for add. costs)
Crankshaft, flywheel, pressure plate and pulley dynamic balanced (all parts seperate first, after this complete)
Cylinderheads:
-044 GTV 2 new heads with Ahnendorp guides and our cnc valve seat super finish plus machining
-made for ratio 9,3:1 at 94mm pistons or like you want

Pulley new 170mm for stock fan system
